thanks for your advice. I sent them pictures and asked for a refund of the difference between a blem and what i paid (wasn't interested in the pain+cash to send it back) and they refunded it no problem.

Sounds like they resolved the problem to your satisfaction.   

Every company makes mistakes, and it is unreasonable to expect otherwise.  What matters is how they fix the problem.
