FTM from ggg issues. Anyone ever had one click?

I built this thing tonight and it works. Its just not all that great. I followed the diagram to the letter and didnt substitute any parts, but something is not right. I built the 2 footswitch version. I am getting a clicking noise that progressivley gets worse when you turn up the volume or sustain.
Also Im getting a little bit of hiss. I checked the transitor values that were given as guidelines on the build sheet they are as follows.

At least this one doesnt pop when you press the switch.

Good news goods news I fixed it! Yehaw!!!!!!!!!!! Im 3 for 3 now baby!
I walked away from it for a while then went back in and found a bad solder joint on one of the switches and on the middle pot. I fixed these and hit a couple of joints that looked suspicious on the pcb and the click is gones as well as the hiss! Cant wait for payday!
