I need a footswitch schematic for a peavey valveking

I know that foot switches are the most basic of basic build, but I need a schematic or layout for a valve king. It is for a friends amp so I cant really trial and error it. I let him borrow the 2 button switch from my carvin thinking if it worked I would just build a copy of it, but for some reason only one side of it worked in his amp. It would change the channels but wouldnt operate the boost function. So if anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it. I would like to build it to be able to use a 9v battery or 9v power supply for the leds.

yeah, heres a copy of the diagram peavey sent me




basically its a stereo jack and green is ground, the circles are leds

Hey man thanks! Just to verify the blue boxes are the switches right? If so where do the LEDs get their power?

I'm not sure, I think it gets it from the amp...

Cool Thanks again man. I really appreciate it. My buddy wanted me to see if I could build one cheaper than the 40 bucks peavey charges for them. So I guess its off to make a parts list.
