Here is it, unverified.

R4, R5 divider provides a 4.5 ref. Voltage.
But your taking the ref R6 from 0V/ ground... not?
R6 top pin should jump down one step.

That was a different beast in the first picture, sorry. I fixed that thing to the original thread of that layout.

 I don't have the schem handy but a suggestion...
If you flip C1 up 3 lines and add a trace cut at row 'e' you'll save a line and keep the input clear of ground.
You can omit row 'b' too.

I am building one of these now.
Just a quick note for anyone else...
On this layout R2 must connect to Q1 at the collector (line f) not the base, then it should work.
