DD3 opamp bias problem

Been working on a parts-only DD3 from ebay in hopes of resurrecting it, and I've traced the audio all the way through the Boss solid state switching, through the input filtering, to the first JRC14558 SMC opamp--that's where the troubles start.
The inputs to the opamp sound grungy when probed with my audio probe, and the bias voltage seems to be far below what I would expect.  I'm currently tracing the bias voltage back toward its source, but I was wondering if there is any particular central point to check for power/voltage issues on the DD3, as none of the other chips are receiving any signal at all, and I suspect that the biasing issues may be broader than just this particular opamp.

much thanks,

Thanks, but that schematic is for the original DD3 Rev.1--guess I should've specified mine is a Rev. 3, with SMC, and dual sided PCB.
:(

thanks tho!
