OP AMP Based Clean Volume Preamp for Bass

Searched around a bit and haven't seen what I'm looking for.  I need a clean OP Amp volume boost for Bass Guitar to use as a Blend with an Overdrive.

Any suggestions?

The bass paralooper might be what you're looking for. It's a separate splitter/blender circuit that you can tie into your chain. Also includes a low-pass filter for the clean signal.

looks awesome.  I guess I can just use a trimmer to adjust the output of the actual effect so that they are evenly blended at the midpoint of the Mix Pot.

If you have a high output bass, try replacing C1 & C9 with 0.047uF to avoid overdriving the buffers and keep it clean.

Sure. If you are building the overdrive and paralooper into the same box, you could use a trimmer to set-and-forget the overdrive volume, to be able to match it's level with the clean level. Otherwise, if you build the paralooper as a stand-alone box to use with different pedal(s) in the effect loop, I think an internal volume trim for the effect loop would be redundant. You would just use the volume controls on the pedals plugged in to the loop to match levels.
