rebote 2.5 delay

I've searched this thread with no definite answer and need a bit o' help.  Just finished building the tonepad rebote 2.5 delay - sounds good, very low output volume.  sound familiar?  anybody have this problem and figure it out?  any help is much appreciated.  i've built a handful of pedals, mic pre's, tube compressors, so i'm not a total noob, but...obviously not a genius either.  thannks everyone.

never mind.  fixed it.  cold solder joint on one of the caps.  sounds great.
