Geofex Polarity Reverser

I would like to build the Geofex Polarity Reverser from the Geofex website posted on 1/10/01. There are no values listed for the resistors or capacitors. Do any of you have any suggested values. It would be used with a G&L Tribute ASAT Classic into a '68 Dual Showman Reverb.

I hope this makes it easier for someone to make recommendations as far as resistor and capacitor values. What I want to do is build something like the Radial Engineering Big Shot ABY in order to make my Dual Showman Reverb more flexible.

All Resistors = 1M
All caps = 0.1u
