I have some one who asked me this:

"Can you do a channel switching pedal for my amp with a loop built in so the one switch would change channels as well as turn on a loop with, say, a delay pedal if you use it in the amp's loop, or maybe an overdrive or something if you use it through the amp's front end. Got the idea cos I don't like the tap dance when I want delay only on my Marshall's lead channel.
Another option would be an external channel switch added to an actual delay pedal, with a separate channel switch positioned close enough to the effect switch that you can stomp the delay and channel switches at the same time if you want to, or still be able to operate the channel and delay switches separately if you need occasional delay on your rhythm setting, or NO delay on lead. "

Any ideas on how to do something like this?

Thanks!

Not sure if I understand, but what about the usual 3PDT, with one P shwitching the channel and another P switching the loop?  The third P can carry the grounding or a dummy load....
