Ibanez EU 400 needs parts

I recently acquired a Ibanez EU 400 that need some work. I need to replace two of the momentary foot switches. I think the Ibanez TS 808 Square foot switch will make a good substitute. Does anyone one know were I can get them? Ibanez and Maxon do not have a customer service contact number or email address that I can find. Any help would be appreciated.

Small Bear has the TS-9 and the 10 series work-around switches on this page:

If it's the 10 series switch you need, it says that you need to add something to the top of the work-around switch that he sells for it to work.
