Switch debouncing again ;-)

I would like to use one pole of a "normal" 3PDT stomp switch to reset the phase of the tap tempo LFO chip (ElectricDruid) when activating the effect (e.g. trem, flanger, phaser).
I thought to use a "standard" RC+schmitt trigger debouncer.
Do you see any issues with this approach? Do our 3PDT stomp switches need a higher RC than momentary stomp switches?
