Is there an easy way to make a LED flash when it's on? I want a disco pedal ;-)

There are oh, so many ways to make disco happening for you. What pedal is it?
Does it have any natural pulse in it like an lfo?

I'm actually not gonna have it on a pedal but on my guitar. It will be triggered via a gyro like the "star power" in Guitar hero XD


Any idea how fast those lights flash? Like epilepsy-fast or more like a slow pulse?

That last one seemed pretty cool! What if I want more LEDs in that circuit, how would I connect them?? Will i need more resistors?
