Kay t-1 Tremolo Wiring question.....

Hello again, all!  Real quick question here.. I am building ( have built) this...

On the right side of the board, next to the board grounds is a unlabeled port...I'm just hedging my bet here, wiring these things up are my weak point, but is that  unmarked area the " board out"?  I think it is, thru process of elimination, but then, maybe I am missing something.
