Problem connecting GGG Trem Pedal to MXR pedal

Hi all,

This is my first time on the forum so forgive me if I seem naive.

I've just finished building my first DIY pedal project. It's a GGG Tremolo pedal based on the E.A.T. everything was going great, I'd built the pedal and amazingly it worked and sounds great. However, I then tried to plug it into my MXR carbon copy delay pedal, no sound. I checked all connects and every was fine. If I plug into either separately the pedals work, but together they do not. I tried plugging in my boss tuner pedal and both work with it, but still don't work together. I figured that there must be a grounding issue somewhere so I checked how the grounds were connected. On the E.A.T. all grounds are connected including the 9v and the chassis, however on the MXR only the input jack ground and the chassis seem connected.  I wonder if anyone could help me solve this problem? I'm using a Voodoo Lab PP2+ to power the pedals, so I know that each power is isolated.
