Looper cut off

almost done my first project  a bypass looper with 5 loops. The first 4 work great and signal is good on bypass. When the 5th switch is engaged, it cuts the signal completely. Is it a wiring problem coming in the switch or going out? I have it wired exaclty like the rest of them. Also, this loop leads out to the output.

I'd double check the jack wiring on that loop.  Make sure the tip and sleeve aren't switched on one of them.

Fixed. Twas the smallest thing. Happy my first project came out so well (minus the fact i ordered the wrong LED's)
