Small bear had these but they are out of stock and have been for weeks. I ordered 150 last time and they are gone. I dont like the ones with the internal plastic nut.

I heard from someone that the external silver nut dc jack style at SB is a KOBICONN part but small bear never lists that stuff.

any help really appreciated!!!

thanks

There are some decent deals on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/100-DC-POWER-PANEL-JACK-2-1MM-CENTER-PIN-/270600668791?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f010e8677

And just looking through ebay I saw these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/10-DC-Power-PCB-2-1mm-Jack-Laptop-Boss-Pedal-J10-/170508082354?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27b312dcb2

I've never seen white jacks before.  Might have to pick some up.

What I want to know is where to get the plastic nuts that used to come with the jacks.  That nut used on the external nut jacks made a good looking, solid unit while still saving the space inside.

thanks for the thread link...although the wizard link in that thread seems to be dead

I also contacted the place in that thread with the 1,000 piece minimum...hopefully i can get some samples. small bear has been out way too long.

I really appreciate all the help

I actually ordered the 500 dc jacks from the ebay guy so thanks a lot!!

Apologies! The boat docked today and we will be unloading the truck on Wednesday. This is one of numerous parts that we have been waiting on.
