Dr. Boogey that won't bias/no output

When I get home I'll update with more specifics, but my Dr. Boogey (gaussmarkov PCB) won't bias nor go I get any output. I get 8.75 volts at the drain, and when adjusting the related trimpots nothing happens. I've checked for bridges, correct part orientation, etc, but I'm scratching my head.

Yes. A bunching bag is a nice addition to a circuits lab.

However, reading and following "What to do when it doesn't work" is more helpful, if less satisfying.
