BSIAB2 with Contour PCB Mounting Issue?

Hi all, new to the pedal building hobby here.   I recently picked up a couple of kits from GGG, the ITS8 and BSIAB2 w/Contour.  Got the ITS8 up and running with the exception of when the toggle switch is in 1 of 3 positions the sound coming through the pedal is almost clean, with a really faint distortion sound so I'm about to start troubleshooting that....won't bother you all with that issue!

The question I have is around the placement of the PCB board with the BSIAB2 with the added contour control.  The standard box comes with three holes drilled along the top, the kit with the contour comes with a box with a fourth hole to accommodate the contour control, and the holes arranged in a in a square pattern.  Two of the four located below the led hole.  The issue I'm having is there doesn't appear to be enough room to mount the PCB between the bottom 2 control holes and 3PDT switch once the pots and switch are mounted in the box.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know if I'm totally missing something here? If my explanation doesn't make any sense I'll trying putting up a picture.  Thanks all for your help.
