I got a question about this schematic. FOund it a long time ago and I don't remember where I found it and I can't find it again. So I uploaded it.

My question is about the frequency control(s?).

Is it a dual gang 100k VR? Or two 100k VRs?

It's a dual gang. That section is one of the dual-integrator active filters, probably a state variable or a bi-quad. It requires the frequency pots to track to get predictable results.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Whoops, missed the thread, er..this is a bump.

this circuit is really awesome. I was either gunna build this or the GGG 5 channel EQ. It sorta looks like the BOSS eq. But I like this and it's less damn parts. I had to use an audio log 100k dual gang for freg control cos it's all the had at radioshack. Also I put the 100k resistor on the output to ground instead of Vr.

Tryin to figiure out how to get the sounds I want out of it still.
