Questions about a passive multi distortion switching system.

I'll word this as best as I can. I want to build a passive switching system for my distortions where I can step on a switch and it will select a distortion while defeating the others that are on. In other words, switching where only one box at a time is on.

Does anyone have a diagram for something like this?

I think you would want to look up relay switching. I dont have a diagram but thats what its for i think. Good luck.
