Question about color changing LED's

Hey everyone! New to the forum, hoping someone can help me out.

Does anyone know if its possible (and if so, how) to rig acouple LED's to a pot so that when the pot is adjusted the color changes?

I haven't had much luck with finding anything, so any help would be awesome!!
