are there any good examples in diy builds that use the lfo from the ea trem? i think i know how to isolate it, but i wanna make sure. i'm trying a few different ones and like the idea of no ldr/led combo. thanks

The original Phozer used that particular LFO.

ok. built what i think is the lfo section from this layout:
http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main.php/v/DRAGONFLY-LAYOUTS_0/album19/album145/EA_TREMOLO_VERO.gif.html

i isolated it like this:

compared to the schematic, everything checks out with the exception of the way the rate pot is connected and the led orientation.
i'm adding this to a delay. the only thing it's doing is causing my delay time to get almost 2x as long

questions: should the led be flipped? i'm not getting it to flash any way i put it in.
do i have it connected right?

thanks

i compared the layout to a schematic and everything seems to checkout so i guess it is a builder error. why do i always wait until everything else checks out to assume "I" made the mistake?

does it matter if i used non-polarized caps for the 1uf"s? thanks

after doing a lot of reading for the last 2 days, i discovered i shouldn't have the j201 and 22uf cap on the lfo  :icon_redface:
i will try it tonight.
