Is there a minimum temperature for applying powder coat? I'm thinking about doing some work over the winter in a space that may get as cold as -15 celsius. Thanks.

Yes, minimum temp, minimum cure time, and you have to let them cool down slowly, my dad just cracks the oven and lets them cool for a couple hours that way. They still come out about 200 degrees (F) or so. You should do a google search for the process... the oven and application equipment are the only real overwhelming parts. Process is straight forward, and only requires proper prepwork and paying attention to the process.

Edit: Check your PM.
