Hi!
I just finished a GGG Big Muff that sounds really nice but i have problems with a severe "pop" when i turn it on and off.

Heres the schematic:

I have included C15 and R26, but still the "pop" remains.
What could i try more to get rid of my problem?

Ofcourse ive searched already!
But i cant seem to find much regarding the BMP.

Instead of focusing on that, lets discuss it here in this thread!
I know there is a lot of people here who could have som input in this matter.

I solved the problem, i added a pull down resistor after the volume-pot.
The BMP is now completely silent!!

I know that its recommended to use atleast a 1M resistor as pull down.
But i only found a 150k and it worked fine.

Did you use the TB switch wiring scheme that grounds the board input in bypass?.  Often just using that wiring will help eliminate pops.

Yes, i wired it like this:

It didnĀ“t help.

This might be beacause of the Voodoo Lab GCX unit i use to switch it on and off with.
The 3PDT-switch is always "on" and totally ignored by the GCX, so a pulldown resistor after the volume-pot was necessary.
