Millenium DPDT PCBs?

Has anyone made a PCB for DPDTs on board w/ Millenium bypass components, like the 3PDT ones?  http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=870

If so, I'd like some.  If not, I'd like to talk to someone and I'll provide details.  (i.e. which schema and switch type.)  Thanks yous!  

Also, I did use the SEARCH button, but as you know the syntax can be a bit weird.  Couldn't find a decent hit.

I should have mentioned I'll be going off of this one.    

Which do you guys prefer?  I've only used the 2 but am open to whatever.  


Oh and I was also thinking these Alpha's would be the switch.  http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=23   I'm open to anything though.  (The larger X-wing types are not easily mounted through-hole.)
