A standard PCB for the switch & Jacks of a pedal that fits in a 1590B(I believe)

I remember someone on this site getting a whole bunch professionally manufactured, maybe through expresspcb.
It was essentially just a PCB for the switch and jack part of the pedal to save time. I remember he/she had it done in black and gold.

Anyone remember this? I'm curious about it, I'm looking into the same type of deal.
I searched for a good half hour, but couldn't find anything. Maybe I just suck at searching.
