This is not so much a project as a fix. I have a Dunlop "High Gain" Passive Volume Pedal that serves as an expression Pedal for my Digitech RP 50 (controls wah and whammy effects or if neither is used controls volume). The pedal on a sweep from heel to toe goes Low-High-Low which annoys me greatly. Is there a way to modify it to go Low-High? I imagine if there is it would be rather simple but it has been a long time since I have dealt with electronics and want to avoid screwing it up.

Volume pedal and expression pedal are NOT electrically the same.

Maybe you should get an expression pedal?

Shove a guitar cord into the INput jack. Does that work right? Then shave a pencil to exactly-fit and leave it in the jack.

You can use a volume pedal with some effects as an expression pedal by using an insert cable to hook it up.  I would guess that's what he is doing.
