I have another problem with this pedal, The overdrive is working fine however whenever i turn the overdrive off meaning bypassing the pedal, i can still hear the clean signal of my amp a little bit overdriven. Is this common for this pedal? I own a Boss OD-3 and a Boss Blues Driver and none of them overdrive or distort when they are turned off or bypassed. What could be the problem here?? How can i fix it myself?

It has a problem with the JFET switches not switching completely. It's a fairly involved fix. What's your technical background?

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

I know how to solder pcb boards, guitar plugs, cables, and accomplish desoldering. If you lead me through the process i can get it done. Can you point out where is the jfet switch located?

What is the value of the Jfets i need to replace?

RG,

I just replaced both Jfets (2SK30A) and the problem did not got better. I am still hearing the guitar slightly overdriven when i disable the pedal meaning bypassing the signal. To make it worse, if i put the level to full when i step on the pedal i can hear a loud beep robot like sound. How can i fix both of these issues. I am about to throw the pedal to the trash can.

Just out of curiosity, what is your battery voltage?  If your battery is low, you may run out of gate bias on the switching FET's.  Fet pinchoff voltages are notoriously variable and you may need more voltage to get it to operate correctly.
