Help IDing a cap in an E-H Metal Muff

Boy, I'm full of help requests today....

I'm trying to fix an E-H Metal Muff which has a yellow box cap (C43) that has cracked and lifted off the board. It is the large one nearest the Bypass footswitch and it is attached to the switch and to a 1M resistor (R58).

I can read the cap, but I'm confused by it's printing. it says: 1 then a backward mu symbol, 0J  63. I assume it's a 63v, but should I assume it's a 1.0mf cap?
