Cap Question for GGG Shin Ei?

So I was glancing through the parts list of the GGG Shin Ei Clone, and I glanced at the Parts Layout on the Project Page.  C10 on the board is marked as a standard non polar resistor, on the parts list it is marked as an electrolytic cap, and on the layout its not even labeled.  What is the correct list of caps?

Note that the orientation of one is different than the orientation of the other.
