Headphone Amp PCB

Does anyone know of anyone offering a headphone amp pcb?
I want to include a headphone amp in parallel at the output of my pedalboard but don't want to perf it.

They have a pcb layout and build plans.  They did offer a ready-to-solder pcb at one time, but I don't know if that's still the case.  (I assume you're looking for already-made pcb's as opposed to just the pcb layouts?)

Yea, I just want something small that I can put into a pedal board.  the GGG seems like the best option but I really don't want to be etching.
