Hi! Im replacing input, output, and maybe the .1uF cap in the middle in my ZVex Fuzz Factory! :icon_lol: I want to base the cap values on your guys' reccomendations for bass guitar good down to ~28Hz. What values should I be putting in? 10uF seems really big to me already but im a beginner, I was expecting to drop like .2uF in the ins and outs. I really like the sound of the clip on here where the guy put a 2.2uF across the middle cap and it easily sounded good for bass, but i didnt know if his inputs and out were done up. im a beginner doing this for fun i hope im in the right place :o

decided to drop 47uF caps in the in and out. read somewhere thats what you're supposed to do to use an old fuzz factory with bass :icon_eek:

the 10uf for in and out are plenty large. it is the .1u between stage 1 and the first Ge that is the problem. i have used 3.3uf, with the + going toward the Ge. you could use 10u instead of 3.3u.

i don't think anything larger than 10u anywhere is going to cause any audible difference.
