MXR Bass Octave Deluxe - with schematic

Does anyone have any info on this? I found this schematic but I'm not sure if this correct? I'd love to breadboard and vero this but is probably too complicated for me at this stage.

this doesn't look like the deluxe, aka mxr288.
based on what is readable from that schem, this could be the bass octave, M88.
