I'm building a Red Llama clone using the layout from ggg.  http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_whrl_lo.pdf?phpMyAdmin=78482479fd7e7fc3768044a841b3e85a
Unfortunately, for C4, I don't have any in that value now.  I do have some 470s.  Would this be OK to use?  I also have some 10s 100s, and a 220.  I suppose I could parallel those, but that's a big gaudy affair and I'm trying to do it point-to-point-ish.  Thanks ahead of time for the input.

Really simple: Yar!

It is a filter cap from pos to ground, so the larger cap will just smooth thongs out a bit more in this case. You're ok. I've used 220u with no problem. With some chips, you don't even seem to need that power rail conditioning, but some just squeal without it.
Give a man Fuzz, and he'll jam for a day... teach a man how to make a Fuzz and he'll never jam again!

Yeah, I'd go with the 470uF but the 220 would do.
Let us know what you think of this pedal... I found the tone a bit harsh regardless of what tone the guitar is set at, so I added a simple low pass tone control which gave me way more useable tones.
