Velleman PCSGU250 PC scope - any experience?

It looks like a good scope, does anyone have any experience with this PC scope?

i like the velleman hand held digital one... except for a frequency analysis it does everything i want. i took it over a computer one for convenience of a QUICK test...

Does it have galvanic isolated ground? I can't find it anywhere, i hope it does.

Which was my main reason for buying one - it cannot be emphasised strongly enough how 'good after sales support' makes the difference between a buying product "X" vs product "Y"  (& prior to seeing that forum, I was swaying between the Velleman and the CircuitGear scope - both had equal features)   ....Velleman's after sales support rocks, so they got my business.
