I just completed my first Vibe build, I did the easy vibe using RG Keen's layout of the John Hollis Circuit
http://www.geofex.com/PCB_layouts/Layouts/easyvibe.pdf

I used the off board wiring on this layout from Tone Pad  OffBoard Wiring 5

Here are my issues and questions
1. Using the 9 volt jack for power the circuit is powered all the time, the led's are on, the switch does not cut power on and off? Is that Ok for the circuit.
Will in wear out the LED's, can I wire it differently to cut power to the board when not in use.

The circuit works and sounds awesome.  No tone or noise issues.

On the controls,   The rate pt seems to have little or no affect from 7 oclock to 10 oclock, then seems to work fine.
The Depth pot seems to have little or no change in affect from 7 oclock to 11 oclock then seems to work well.

I have not yet played around with the trim pot.  As everything sounds and works well.  What is the best setting for the trim pot in relation to the depth pot.
Will turning up the trim pot, increase the effectiveness of the depth pot sweep. Or are the two not related.

Thanks to all who helped with my previous questions.  It is such a stoker to fire up a new affect and have it go on the first strum.
