Hello,

I built a RAT, and I have this issue: when I turn off the footswitch, and the effect volume is up, the led keeps shining, and if the volume is low, the led turn off normally...
What can cause this ?...

If someone can help me I´ll be very grateful.

 Leaky output cap ?
Didn't check the schematic today, IIRC the only other things are resistors after the ''DC blocker?''..?
or something in the bypass circuit, seems the volume control controls it though and didn't/doesn't normally do that.

Thank you so much Petemoore for you answer...

I checked it all again, the pedal sound perfect, everything is fine, but the led is still doing the same issue...
I substitute the 1mf condenser cap associated with the leg number 2 and 3 of the volume pot, by a 1mf polyester cap... can be this substitution cause this?

Start with 'doubtful' segue into did the LED issue begin right after the mod went in ?

I did the modification from the beginning, so, I never use the 1mf electrolytic cap there... could be the cause?, that in some manner this is what affect the LED behaviour
