Using the wiki when project topics get too long?

DIYstompboxes can be very proud to have members working together on very interesting projects.
This often results in (very) long discussion threads.
As interesting as these threads are to browse when having lots of time, finding e.g. the latest schematic version is not so obvious in a 40 pages thread.

On top of the forum web page we have some interesting (and often underrated) shortcuts. One of them is the Wiki.
In the Wiki under the link "Construction" there is a section for "Pedal specific info".

It could be interesting if the longest threads on interesting diy projects could be summarized in a wiki page, with the possibility to later add mods and improvements to the wiki page.

Suitable projects that come to mind are e.g. the Echo Base and the Ludwig Phase II clone/improvement project.

Does this sound interesting?
