Sansamp Bass Driver. How do you get the PCB out?

Man, I'm trying to replace a pot on this thing, and the PCB is a bear to get out.  Looks like you have to desolder all the jacks from the PCB while in the box, to remove this sucker.  Anyone have any experience w/ this??

I think that's the answer: you have to desolder the jacks in order to remove it. Pain in the neck when you have to fix it, but keeps it sturdy when you build one.
