ROG splitter/Blender

Hey guyz I'm trying to make Dry/Wet signal spliter which will in the end blended without phase cancellation.
and That was it! ROG Splitter/Blender!!

But I have 1 question! I don't want Red Send! I just want them to be connected directly to each other.(Red Send,Return)
and it seems like I don't need the 10uf and 1m before Red Send, Do I? Can I remove it? or is there something else I should know?

In my personal build, I used a normally closed jack for the Red send, which connects directly to the Red return when no plug is inserted.  That way the circuit retains the two effect loops.
