please help me with my Rat

So last weekend I decided to add a 3pdt switch to my proco rat so I can add an led.  Somewhere along the lines, I messed up and don't know how to fix it.  I got the bypassed signal to come through, but when the pedal is "engaged" there is no sound.  In the picture below is where I'm stuck.  There are 5 wires going into the pcb.  It looks like two of the are grounding out.  I need to find the one that goes to the input and output.  any help.

All of the RATs were basically the same with a few minor component changes.

P.S. On your 3PDT, the jumper looks suspiciously close to the WHITE wire going to the center lug.  :o
