Had an enthusiast ask if he could translate the Tube Amp FAQ into Belorussian, gave permission.

It's now on line at http://www.webhostinghub.com/support/by/edu/amp-faq-be

... for our online friends who speak Belorussian.  :icon_biggrin:

Actually, there isn't that much tube gear that is usable for our purposes in post-Soviet Bloc states. To get a tube guitar amp back then, you sometimes had to pay a year's wage to a black market engineer who would more often than not produce a half-arsed copy of what he had the opportunity of seeing in the way of guitar amps -- as opposed to the abundance of old gear in the US. I read about you people scoring old gear all the time. Jazz, blues, rock were officially nonexistant in the Soviet Bloc, and only when their popularity became inevitable, which is late 70s-early 80s, did electric guitars and related gear start to be produced - in really small numbers, and they often didn't even look the part, either.

I think there are several other translations of parts of or the whole of Geofex; but given my miserable multilinguicity, (!?) I can't tell too accurately. And this one was done with permission, which was nice.

Anyone find any others?

I have found that in using Google Chrome as a browser, it will give me a drop down and translate sites for me, but it will also translate my pages to other languages, in which I can copy and past to the html, or web editor your using. Then give to a native speaker to clean up the grammar. To bad Google can not do that for me in English.. :)
