Multivox Full Rotor

I'm looking at a Full Rotor on my bench, I just got it to pass and effect a signal. Only problem is that the effect is very subtle.

I'm looking at the PEDAL out jack being suspect. There is only one wire going to the jack, however there is still globs of solder on the jack. For anyone who has seen these units, they have a switching Pedal out jack for connecting an expression pedal to set speed. In the gutshot I found there is three wires leading to the jack. Mine only has one. I can't find a schematic for the unit so I am hoping someone understands the circuit and the PEDAL jack switching enough to help me out. Thanks!
