Does anyone have any components made for board mounted hardware in Express PCB? Looking for things like Jacks, DPDTs, 3PDTs, Toggles, Power Jacks, template layouts if you have them.

Let me know! Cheers  :)

I can make them if you have a datasheet with the exact dimensions. It's actually pretty easy once you play around with creating your own.
Guitar > Neo-Classic 741 Overdrive > Boss NS2 Noise Suppressor > DOD BiFET Boost 410 > VHT Special 6 Ultra Combo Amp Input > Amp Send > MXR Carbon Copy Analog Delay > Boss RC3 Loop Station > Amp Return

I've tried but doing things with stompboxes to exact measurements isn't exactly my forte... usually a wing it and bend it or file it untill it fits person with hardware.

Well if you wouldn't mind that'd be appreciated, they're all pretty much standardized.

Here's the datasheets...

I can't find one for the 3PDT at the moment..

I'll take a look at each and come up with something this weekend. Do you have ExpressPCB setup to work in inches (mils) or metric measurements?

Drop me an email and I'll send you the 3PDT.
Will do at some point this weekend (e-mails not working right at the moment) Cheers!

Cheers man, very much appreciated.

The boards are sized in metric but the components are snapped at 0.025"... dunno why I did that, so mils I guess.

Cool, that's what I'm used to.

Scruffie tell me something. When you male a PCB layout with ExpressPCB, are ou etching it yourself or using their board manufacturing service?

The reason I ask is if you are etching your own PCB then do you want the part pad holes small on purpose to act as a drill center punch or do you prefer them to be sized for actual part lead diameters? I can do them both ways if you want.

I haven't fogotten about you. My raid-0 array (twin hard drives) are failing and I have to get a new hard drive(s) and hopefully restore from backup. It's a royal pain. Then I'll get back to it.

Sorry! I missed your reply as my internet had gone down at the time.

With these I tend to have them etched for me, so I guess sized for the actual lead diameter makes more sense to cover both ways.

Not to worry at all! Thanks for doing them.

I was actually sent a file on the other forum before my internet got back up to e-mail you, but thank you anyway  :)
