I'm trying to improve my Photo Etching PCB process. I came across this http://www.blacklight.com/items/GG233-102L

I'm currently using a 100 watt reptile bulb and the results are good, just not predictable / easily repeated. It seems to be in the correct nm range and would save me a bunch of time and maybe a few bucks building an exposure box.

What do you guys think?

Blacklight is UV-B. Wrong light spectrum.
You need UV-C... also known as a Germicidal lamp. Check ebay. (I use a G15-T8)
The reason they are so expensive is because the tubes are made of quartz rather than glass.
Glass us a UV-C filter (for the most part anyway).
It works better if you use plexiglass to hold the artwork against the PCB.
Deception does not exist in real life, it is only a figment of perception.
