Help with 3 lug bypass switch

I have this pedal that I true-bypassed but am reverting back to the stock bypass but I forgot how to wire it! Fail

The input jack goes straight to the circuit IN and a wire comes off that which is supposed to go to one of the lugs on the switch. The other 2 lugs are for the Output jack and circuit OUT.

How would I do this? Is the switch with 1 LUG on one side and 2 on the other...

1) Find out which lug is the throw. It is the only one that is connected to another pole at any given time.
2) Connect input wire to throw.
3) Connect each of the output wires to any other lug.
