re-housing an EHX BMP or original Electric Mistress

a) does anyone know of a replacement box in the original wedge format -- the 6 7/8" x 5 1/2" three knob style?
     or,
b) does anyone know what you can use in the Hammond/BUD type?  (boards are not small...)

There was a forum member a while back that was making replicas of those enclosures... unfortunately I have no idea who it was.  Maybe searching will tell you?
