This is probably just a little off topic, but I don't frequent any of the other audio type forums, so I hope this is OK.

I'm looking for a 48VDC power supply to use with a Yamaha PM1000 racking project.  There are gobs of suggestions on Google, and I picked one.  The problem is I don't really know what is good or bad in the specs.

This is the PS I'm looking at:

Would this kind of power supply be suitable for an audio project, or should I keep looking?

The project is a microphone preamp.  I'm looking at a lot of challenges with this project and if I can buy a supply rather than try to make one it would make life that much easier.

Also, this is a switching power supply.  Will that fact cause any problems?
