Modded sd-1 works perfectly as standalone but no sound when cascaded.

Hi! I have a modded sd-1 Fulldrive. The pedal works perfectly until I shorted the electrolytic capacitors. I changed them and now it's fine. But right now a new problem occured. The pedal works great on it's own, bypass works and when pedal is on the overdrive circuit works. But when I cascade it with other pedals no sound is coming out, but bypass still works. Even if I put it before or after another pedal it still has the same problem. Anybody encountered the same? Thanks!
