Wah isnt Working After Mods.....

Ok I have a problem and I don't know whats wrong... I modified my wah pedal to be like this.

The true bypass works but when I turn the pedal on there is no sound, just static. don't get why, what could I have done that I don't get any sound from it? I attached some pics of mine, the only thing I did differently is I used a 4.7ut tantalum.  What do you think is wrong? Here are some pics of my pedal.

I'm tired and lazy, so without checking the whole thing through .... did you check the polarity orientation of the tantalum and the pinout of the new transistor, does it match with the pinout of whatever was in before?
If that doesn't shed some light then go through and check your part values, easy to make a mistake. Otherwise run through the debug post at the top of the page.
